In the 1900 U. S. Census, Winifred, listed as Winnie, was reported with her parents as living in Missouri Valley, St. John Township, Iowa. Her birthdate is listed as June 1887, age 12, and her birthplace as Iowa. She was at school for nine months. Also in the household are her siblings as follows: Cecil, born Jan 1892, age 8; Louise, born Feb 1894, age 6; and her twin brothers Stanley and Oliver Dudley, born July 1897, age 2; all single, all born in Iowa and for Cecil and Louise, `At School` for 9 months. His birthplace is listed as Iowa and both of his parents` birthplaces are listed as `USA.` His occupation is salesman of groceries as a wage worker. Winifred is listed as `daughter` and as married and age 29. Her birthplace is listed as Iowa and both parents` birthplaces are listed as Wales with mother tongues as Welsh. Her occupation is stenographer working in a lawyer`s office as a wage worker. Also in the household are her siblings: twin brothers, Oliver Dudley, and Stanley, ages 22, and sister Florence, age 18.
