CIVIL WAR VETERAN WIDOW
Lillian L. Reynolds was the daughter of Randolph K. and Gertrude (Raymond) Jones. She was born February 8, 1863 in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada.
She applied for membership in the Washington Veterans' Home on December 16, 1911 at Seattle, Washington. She declared that she was the prior wife of Ernest L. Atherton and that they were married at Houlton(?), Maine on July 3, 1885. He died December 15, 1893 at Fredericton, N.B., Canada.
She next married John A. Reynolds, a Civil War Veteran, on December 16, 1911 at Brighton, Washington. A notice was sent for the couple to enter the Washington Veterans Home on November 14, 1929; however, Mr. Reynolds died September 11, 1929. They had no children.
She died July 11, 1934 at the Washington Veterans' Home at Retsil. She was 71 years old.
